3/8" BSP Female x 3/8" Compression Male Adapter

The female-thread counterpart to our BSP-to-compression adapter, for connecting a European espresso machine's BSPP water inlet to standard American compression plumbing running from the wall. Machined by Espresso Parts in the USA from 303 stainless steel.

• 3/8" BSP female x 3/8" compression male
• 303 stainless steel, made in the USA

COMPATIBILITY

• Fits: commercial European espresso machines with a 3/8" BSPP male water inlet on the pump; the male fitting coming out of the wall is typically 3/8" compression, connected via a compression hose run to this adapter
• Works with: a copper gasket or PTFE gasket, installed between this fitting and the pump's male connection

Straightforward DIY plumbing connection for anyone comfortable working with compression fittings.

PRO TIPS

• Remember 3/8" BSPP is not the same standard as NPT, it measures roughly 5/8" (~16.5 mm) across. Background on BSPP threading is available here.
