This 54.5mm group head screen fits Gaggia's smaller home-machine group, spreading water evenly over the puck as it exits the shower plate.

INSTALLATION

DIY, pops off the old screen (often with a flathead screwdriver at the edge) and presses the new one into place.

PRO TIPS

• A warped or clogged screen is a common hidden cause of channeling and uneven pucks on Gaggia home machines, if one side of the puck is wetter than the other after a shot, check this screen for scale buildup or distortion before blaming your tamping technique.
