OEM-spec 24V DC solenoid valve for water inlet control on Rancilio machines, built around the Parker-Hannifin Lucifer valve body (#121FS1651B) with a ruby-seated 3.5mm orifice for precise, long-life flow control.

COMPATIBILITY

INSTALLATION

A moderate-skill swap, de-energize and drain the water line first, then unbolt the flange base; a technician comfortable with basic plumbing and wiring can handle it, but confirm orientation before reconnecting.

PRO TIPS

• If your machine is intermittently under- or over-filling, or won't fill at all, this solenoid, not the pump or probe, is often the actual culprit; the ruby orifice seat wears and stops sealing cleanly over years of mineral-laden water.
• Match the coil voltage exactly (24V DC here), swapping in a 24V AC or 110/230V coil by mistake will burn it out or fail to actuate.
